- By using the Service, you acknowledge that some personal information may be shared with Customers, Agents, Merchants, Bank Agents, card issuers, partners, and suppliers involved in the operation of the Service.
- We may disclose personal information to local law enforcement, investigative agencies, or regulatory authorities to prevent, detect, or prosecute money laundering, terrorism financing, fraud, or other criminal activities.
- We may retain your information, including Transaction data, in accordance with the then applicable Laws and Regulations.
- Employees handling personal information must maintain confidentiality and are subject to strict disciplinary action for privacy policy violations.
- The provisions of this clause 6 shall survive the expiry or termination of this Agreement.
